We have real business experience gained at the top level, both in this country and internationally. This includes boardroom experience, business qualifications and successful commercial practice. We can point to expert coaching training and we are also professionally trained counsellors or therapists with years of incisive counselling or therapy work with a range of clients.
Geoff Boutle has worked for many years at a senior level in Human Resources both in the UK and abroad. He is a Member of Chartered Institute for Personnel Development and has worked in both the private and public sectors. He is also an experienced counsellor with both coaching and counselling qualifications. Geoff is an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Kathleen Freeman is a qualified therapist
with many years’ experience of working with clients from varied professional
backgrounds. Her commercial experience includes extensive work within
the publishing sector. Her background is international which enables
her to work bilingually in English and French and across cultures.
Our associates have similar backgrounds. All associates have business experience and are familiar with the pressures of working within a competitive environment in organisation undergoing rapid change. They are also highly experienced counsellors or therapists who have extensive experience of working with clients with many different challenges.
